That's why i've lost alot of faith in buying property, be it a house, a condo, whatever. You spend all that money and you never really know what you're getting into in terms of neighbors and such. i'm being totally honest here, i think they're involved in something illegal. there's always different cars parked in front of their house, and they apparently have a hot poker shoved up their asses because they can't sit still.
