- First off, I'll say that I don't own one QotSA album (I'm more of a casual listener when it comes to them), but I must say the song Little Sister, that's getting radio time currently, is really good. I might have to pick up Lullabies to Paralyze. Is anyone else here into them?
- As far as Becks new album Guero, I'll get it since I've always been a fan. But what do you guys think of his single E-Pro, if any of you have heard it?

I've been a casual listener of Beck, but I am seriously considering buying Midnite Vultures. But if his new album turns out to be pretty good, I might buy it then work my way backwards through his albums.

I'm a casual listener of QotSA as well. One of my friends burned one of their cd's for me a while back, but I haven't really listened to it yet
haven't heard this new song you speak of.
Back .. haven't listened to much at all, but seems pretty good.

I believe it was joydivision who once said "Beck's Midnight Vulture's album rocks my socks off. It got so funky that i had to open some windows."

"Little Sister" is pretty good, it reminds me of their material off the first QOTSA album. Which is a good thing.
Songs For the Deaf is their weakest album. Rated R is their best.

Beck's lyrics remind me of Jim Morrison's poetry, but I have never been a huge fan per se. I may pick up some of his work.

- I keep hearing the new QotSA song, Little Sister almost everywhere I go...and the song continues to kick more ass as I hear it more often...I'm beginning to think that it has something to do with how the drummer uses the percussion block on this type of song and through almost the entire song. :bang:

Songs for the Deaf was so-so. Little Sister is great, but so was No One Knows, and it was the only tight song on the first album, so I need to wait on buying the new one. I bought Little Sister on iTunes though.
E-Pro is GREAT! I am annoyed that I can't buy that one on iTunes too!!! I'm a casual Beck Fan, I'd be willing to burn his CDs, but I won't buy them just yet...
