i run three things and they are :cheers: fucking kickass.

Nurton Anit-virus
Spybot
and Ad-aware

those 3 together are great and always work

I run AVG with a Panda sidecar, Norton chaser, and McAfee reserve. Foolproof. Shit's all whack even before the viruses show up.

norton adn mcafee always fuck my computer worse than viruses

so i just run the most aggressive viruses i can find and they fight off the other ones
