My alarm clock wasn't waking me up correctly. The buzzer would sound, I'd turn it off and go back to sleep. Pop radio stations didn't work, I'd turn it off just as quickly (Avril Lavigne people! AVRIL LAVIGNE!!!)

So I decided to try something drastic...

It worked. I don't know how, but for 3 days now it's gotten my ass out of bed and hasn't annoyed the hell out of me.

My friend (who has a computer in his room) uses an alarm clock program that plays any song he wants any time he wants. I ripped emotive onto his comp, and now he uses Passive as his wake up call.

I'd like to try that. If I'm not out of bed by "You fucking disappoint me!" I'd probably feel bad for letting Maynard down.

Then eventually the morning haze would lift and I would realize Maynard doesn't care whether I get out of bed or not, but by then it would be too late.

I'd like to try that. If I'm not out of bed by "You fucking disappoint me!" I'd probably feel bad for letting Maynard down.

Then eventually the morning haze would lift and I would realize Maynard doesn't care whether I get out of bed or not, but by then it would be too late.
