if you want to quote more than one persons post you can click that link for each post and when you hit reply both of the quotes will be shown and quoted so you can respond to it.

it doesn't do anything when you hit the button, but if you hit it for a few posts.. and then hit reply.. you will see that all th e posts are quoted.
