it is a program that votes on a website for a bridge in hungary to be named after him (if you watch the show you know about it). right now the person who is winning is some ancient hungary guy.. here is a video of colbert talking about it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muZPBPh_zdc (he has gotten a lot more votes since this though.. like 2300% more)

the program is just a simple c++ program that votes on the website with packets (doesn't use a browser) over and over. someone on colbertnation.com wrote it. it doesn't have any virus or spyware or anything
