almost like the "old" dave when he was at NBC
he used to give shit to everyone, he's a bit too toned down these days, but still better than leno IMO

I watched this. I cheered. It's the best Letterman I've seen in years. I can't stand Letterman.

I saw this as well. I enjoyed it.
I thought Dave did a good job.
It was interesting to hear how the audience responded to each of them.

i just saw it. i felt that, yes, letterman makes some good points, but he sounds like a parrot repeating things he's heard just to get applause. he just comes across as phoney. both of them do.
plus, it got cut off at the best moment. :dammit: what was the point in cutting it off?

I like Letterman a lot.
Leno on the other hand = :shit:.
I cannot for the life of me fathom why people actually continue to watch that crap show and think he's even remotely funny. But then I venture outside and peruse the overpopulation of biped sheep that are contaminating this world and a moment of clarity overwhelms me and I understand.

I never really like Conan. He always came off as a 12 year old who is trying to hard. Andy was better than him.

I cried when Adam left Loveline. He was perfect for that show. Now I have no more use for it...and nothing to listen to when I go to bed. :bye3:
Down's syndrome or not...I loved that funny fuck.

last night i saw the full clip of the letterman interview with o'reilly and he hardly owned him. it just seemed that way because of the way this video was edited.
after letterman tells him that he thinks 60% of what he says is crap and he gets the crowd all behind him, o'reilly looks at him all serious and says something like: "i respect your opinion, you should respect mine." the crowd cheered, they both exchanged a few more words, and the interview ended. i didn't see any signs of ownage there.
