Riddick and Def Jam both totally caught me off guard. I didnt expect to give a crap about either one.

Chronicles of Riddick for its great gameplay and still bad acting, except for Mad Dog Murdock.
GTA:SA for its unfortunately low resolution graphics.
Psi-Ops for the good gameplay.
Prince of Persia: WW and Ghost Recon 2 for their respective glitches/flaws and half-assed production. (P.S. I am not saying that the games are bad, but the glitches/flaws are there.) :dead:
Jak 3 for the phenomenol gameplay and story...

Katamari Damasi ... you guys seriously have no idea how addicting this game really is.

Does it have to have been released last year or just any game you've played last year?
Metroid Prime... i always just thought it was another run-of-the-mill FPS. Very wrong.
Havent played Riddick except for the demo and it didnt really catch my eye

-riddick, looks awesome and plays good too
-breakdown, totally original and very, very difficult
-ninja gaiden, i knew it would be hard, but come on! this is a joke
-san andreas, yet again they step backwards when it comes to graphics (the game rocks though)

what are the major differences between the demo and the actual game?

The demo just had bad framerate. Before the demo I actually didnt give a flying fuck about the game. It was the demo that actually opened my eyes to it's potential.

One's a demo and the other one is a full-retail game? :what:

not really any game
but that makers are STILL focusing on making the game look pretty rather then actually making the game play work. specifically being able to tell if the bullet/hit/car connects with a target...ghost recon 2 (and splinter cell to a lesser extent) i'm looking right at you
personally, i'd prefer to still play the commodore 64 as long as the game WORKED
when did spiderman2 come out? that was an awesome game (PS2)

NHL 2005. I wasn't expecting it to suck.
No Create A Player (I must play for the Habs! They need a superstar defenceman!) Slow menus, horrible dynasty mode, and just a bunch of shitty little things that culminate into a step backward for EA Sports.
They fucking disappointed me.

That might be because you're a Panthers fan.
