View Full Version : I hate Payton Manning

Payton Manning is the most over rated player in the league... yeah, he got the TD record but look at most of those touchdowns, the recievers make the play, but Manning gets the credit for it. In the Thanksgiving game alone, Harrison and Stokely made the Detroit DBs miss tackles and broke tackles, but Payton gets all the credit for 4 TDs...
I hate Payton Manning.

One of our friends thought he was cute, we pointed out to her the he is about a chromosone away from downs syndrome. Now when ever we see him on TV and she is around we all start acting retarded and saying "I'm Payton duh.... I love you Ali" Yeah, she gets pissed.

Yeah, our running gag is that when he gets bored on the sidelines he builds log cabins out of popcicle sticks, one of these days he is going to come running on to the field with one stuck to his helmet, you'll see.

I can't stand him, either. He comes off as if he's entitled to be the biggest thing in football. Plus, I'm a Patriots fan, and I'm sick of hearing about him this week with all the pregrame crap. And all the announcers totally kiss his ass. I was listening to last week's playoff game on the radio on the way to work, and at the end, one of the commentators said what a shame it would be to waste all of the Colts' offensive accomplishments if they didn't win the Super Bowl. Yeah, nice objectivity there. Offense AND defense win games. I get so sick of all the bowing to this guy. I hope the Pats sack his sorry ass nine times on Sunday.

Everyone hates the guys on top. Hate him or not, he's the best QB in football next to Brady. They are the 2 most cerebral QB's there are. Nobody manages their offenses better than these 2 guys, and you should feel lucky to be able to witness this kind of play because it doesn't happen that often. Remember, we're talking about a guy that not only goes out there and plays, but he runs the offense. He calls every play, not the coaches. How many coaches trust their QB's with that kind of responsibility? That's an enormous amount of pressure to put on a player, and he's still able to go out and dominate.

No need to apologize. I too would rather have a team with members that showboat. End up in the news for murder or drugs. In court for rape charges. Have a new endzone dance every week. That get spoken of in the media only when making fools of themselves.
It sucks the Colts are only spoken of based on their performance on the field. Whether it be good, which is usually. Or bad, which is always in the playoffs.
Don't hate Peyton, hate the media. I too got sick of whole Marino record shit. Although, I do hate that fucking sour look he gets on his face when he fucks-up.

plus, he's not the healthiest rb in the nfl right now. he has the benefit of a solid offensive line and an unpredictable offensive strategy with the colts.
so, in a nutshell, the dolphins' offensive line still sucks as of now and james won't do shit here. if they get him, they better start fixing the o-line this year.

He had a limp arm before he tore his shoulder to bits. And he'll never be 100% again. You don't fully recover from a torn rotator cuff. He will lose some velocity and distance on his passes, that's a given. You're never the same after a torn cuff.

I hate Payton Manning.
lol, lions.

:inlove: that's what I call poetry.....
But seriously....why's the guy hating on Peyton. If it weren't for Peyton and his skills....those WRs wouldn't get the numbers they get. I'm just saying that a great WR like Harrison, a HOF WR no doubt........without a QB, he isn't squat! Just like Tom Brady's made some nobodies look fabulous, Peyton's made his corp of guys look great. Clark, Tony Gonzalez, Brandon Stokely......look at Stokely now....without Peyton he isn't heard of as often.
For Stokely, 3rd in the depth chart as a posession receiver to get 10 TDs a couple of seasons ago....I think that says a whole lot cause that same year Harrison and Wayne had 10+ TDs as well. It says that your QB posesses great pocket awareness, so much that even the third WR got 10+ TDs in a year due to the aforementioned and his ability to check down and have great success.

I'd just rather he didn't accompany his audibling with something that looks like a retard mimicking the Thriller dance.
