CBC broadcasts a hockey day special of 3 back to back NHL games and Don Cherry visits a small town and interviews the little kids who play hockey there

they cancelled it because theres no NHL hockey, and without that they don't have enough money/people to support a broadcast that long

except for one team in texas, and one team in edmonton
