I don't think he did. I watched a whole thing where Sanjay Gupta (that TV doctor) did a little report on Lance's body, describing why it was possible for him to be that strong. He said that genetics played a huge role...but that it's definitely possible for him to have done this without the use of drugs.

I honestly don't think he cheated.

There's no way he'd be able to win 7 times and not get caught if he did use illegal substances. I don't think there is any credible evidence right now, and I doubt there will be.
