It's a some sort of mini-tour or something. They are doing a few select shows across the country and a couple in Canada, I believe. I think they are opening for the Stones on some of the shows, one in Pittsburgh, I think. They sold out in Atlantic City, so they added the Philly show for Oct. 3. The AC venue is really small.

School was goooooooooooooood. I was tired, so I kept yawning, which I felt badly about, but other than that, I think it will be a good semester. As I was telling Phi, I felt a bit like an outsider, simply because I'm used to a different school, where I knew all the buildings, and had tons of friends, and everything flowed a bit easier than it does here. But, when I first started at NAU, I felt the same way that I do now, and it turned out to be great, so I'm not that worried about it. I'll give it time to grow on me.

I know what you mean. It's very slow around here. All kinds of people are not working. Those that aren't laid off are being asked to use vacation time. :ohnoes:
I'd be one of the last to go. Being a supervisor has some perks. Besides all that, I'm poor anyway. I'd be better off financially not to go. But I didn't want to let anyone down.

All of this layoff talk happened while I was on vacation spending up a storm. If I hadn't spent so much on vacation, I might have reconsidered, but I did some damage in Seattle :bleu:...I'm sorry if I let anyone down :frown:
