At this time, I'm only able to house people if we do it the weekend of the 1st. I can do it the weekend before, but those that were planning on staying here would have to find someplace else to go, most likely, and I don't want that to prevent people from being able to go. So, at this time, my vote is still for the weekend of October 1st.

That being said, I live about three miles from the Nashville airport. I can say that the area around the airport is okay...not great, but not horrible. If you book hotels soon, whatever you do, do not stay in a hotel on Murfreesboro Road. It's ghetto. Very, very ghetto and I won't come and pick you up. :laughing:

But as far as money, I figure I'll need at least 300+ for the weekend. Looking into accomodations, it looks like it'll cost me about 160+ for three nights. I'm not staying in no luxury suites. It'd be cool to split some of that cost on a double though. It'll probally cost 40+ for gas for the round trip. I'd like to have a little spending money too.

It depends on what you all want to do. There are many things we can do while here...we have to consider the fact that some people are under 21, so we need to plan accordingly. I'm thinking that a game of cosmic bowling, in teams, will be a must. I have a whole bowling outfit!

Other than that, there are a few cool places that I can think to take you that no place else has, and none of those places cost money. So, think about the cost of food, and any drinking you will want to do, in addition to some small activities we could do. Sorry that this post was absolutely no help whatsoever.

Actually, I was wanting to go down Thursday night.

But as far as money, I figure I'll need at least 300+ for the weekend. Looking into accomodations, it looks like it'll cost me about 160+ for three nights. I'm not staying in no luxury suites. It'd be cool to split some of that cost on a double though. It'll probally cost 40+ for gas for the round trip. I'd like to have a little spending money too.
