Just sign up, and get ready for the draft. All you do is pick the players you think will do well this season, and then put them in the starting slots on your team.

You basically just draft the player you think is the best at his position, and that won't get hurt, and then you start them. You get points for yards, touchdowns, sacks, ints, stuff like that.
