yeah, when websites allow html in their signatures you can do all kinds of stuff. on a board i used to go to that allowed html sigs, i put a little code in my signature that made it when anyone loaded a page where i had posted (.. loaded my signature) it would open their cd rom drive

- I made a Flash-based sig where you could draw on it in realtime... Were you banned from that board for yours?

no because there was no way you could know who's signature was doing it.. pluss i didn't leave it like that very long b/c it was annoying even for me.

i bet if you search on the vBulletin website forums you can find an extension that allows flash signatures w/ out having to allow HTML

As long as people were responsible/respectful (I think the people here would be), it'd be ok.

yeah, but there's probably a way to allow flash, but not HTML.. like i said. however, you might be able to do the same type stuff w/ actionscript in Flash if you wanted to, but i'm not sure. i really don't think that would be a problem here though
