I made what I could with what I have...grated carrotts, onions, peppers, linseed, roast pumpkin seeds, some museli...raisins, a bit of cous-cous...bread and a bit of olive oil and some chili sauce. It's pretty good. Looks like bird food though. At least it's filling.

It sounds delicious, James. I just finished up another salad. It had green olives, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, raisins, tomatoes, celery, sunflower seeds, shredded carrots, romaine lettuce, red onions, roasted green peppers and grilled chicken. I topped it with balsamic vinaigrette.

Today I've had...
2 bowls of museli for breakfast.
Lots of quorn chicken pieces with curry sauce and lettuce
10 falafels with curry sauce and lettuce
A jacket potato with beans, quorn mince and lettuce
I am now totally out of food apart from some 88% dark chocolate and some curry sauce. I also have lots of tea and olive oil. Guess tomorrow I'll have fried dark chocolate with curry sauce.

went to this awesom tea house today. it had about 70 different teas to choose from. they were all in different catergories, whether they were black/green/white/oolong tea and then by country. i tried three kinds. loved one, liked one, wasn't too keen on the other.
