- I've been wanting to have my own Web site (mainly for my portfolio) and I wanted to get your guy's opinion on some good hosting sites/companies and plans...
- So far I've looked into:
1.) www.pair.com (http://www.pair.com)
2.) www.godaddy.com (http://www.godaddy.com)
- Any words of advice would be helpful... :spam:

- I'm going with bluehost.com...they're specific with what features they give you, unlike the other sites I've come across.

Doteasy has flash compatibility. I didnt know that was even an issue.I find that Flash is rather annoying when it comes to repeat visits to a site. HTML/PHP/CSS is the way I'd go

Whats the difference between managed and dedicated web hosting? What is Dedicated Hosting?
The Dedicated Hosting environment provides an exclusive server or servers devoted solely to your web site. You do not share a server with other customers, as with shared hosting.
