Some of you know I have been looking for a house since last June...Well....looks like we are entering the home stretch as our offer was accepted on a house we finally like. :hump2:

1500 sqft Colonial
3 BR 1.5 bath
Detached single garage.
Roof is 2 years old, new windows
basement is semi-finished
9 foot ceilings on 1st floor
Deck off of kitchen
Town of choice (but on busy street)
