Ferris Bueller's Day Off -- When Ferris' sister bails him out with Ed Rooney just about to nail him; also, the parade float performance, and the French restaurant/Abe Frohman scene.
Monty Python & the Holy Grail -- the whole movie, especially the Black Night scene and the knights of knee (sp?), and the French knight's scenes.
Sleepless in Seattle -- the restaurant orgasm
The Matrix -- Neo and Morpheus doing the dojo dance. The music in that scene kicks ass, too
Bull Durham -- The conference on the mound when Nuke's dad is in the stands, Crash's little speech to Susan Sarandon about long, slow wet kisses that last three days, Nuke and Annie's first *date*...The fight outside the bar when Crash says to Nuke...I heard you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a fuckin' boat.
Major League -- When the Wild Thing strikes out Clu Hayward in the playoff game...He was a Yankee in that movie. I fuckin' hate the Yankees.
Nobody's Fool -- near the end when the little kid gives the prosthetic leg back to Paul Newman's friend. That little kid is just so cute in that part. Also, when Bruce Willis leaves the doberman to Newman.
Field of Dreams -- Kevin Costner and his dad playing catch.
Immortal Beloved -- Beethoven running through the woods as a teenager to Ode to Joy. Fuckin' awesome scene.

Any Given Sunday - The scene where Pacino and Foxx are talking about football and what it means...the cutscenes of the old and the new are fantastic with the dialogue.
Lolita - The scene in the dark outside the motel where the two men are discussing about Lolita...a little frightening...
Godfather - The horse head scene. A classic...
Scarface - "Meet My Little Friend"
The Crow (first one with Brandon Lee) - The scene where the mobsters are gathered...and the Crow shreds all of them to pieces...

Tombstone - When Doc Holiday goes to meet the guy in the woods for the dual that Wyatt Earp was supposed to go to.

The Natural - When Roy Hobbs knocks the cover off the ball, and the homerun into the lights, as he's running the bases the lights are exploding and sparks filtering down to the field. The musical score just adds to it.
Field of Dreams - Playing catch with his dad.
Big Fish - The funeral for his dad.
Any Given Sunday - Al Pacino's pregame/halftime speech.
"You find out life's this game of inches, so is football. Because in either game - life or football - the margin for error is so small. I mean, one half a step too late or too early and you don't quite make it. One half second too slow, too fast and you don't quite catch it. The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break of the game, every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone else around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when add up all those inches, that's gonna make the fucking difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!"
Kill Bill: Vol1 - The Bride and O-Ren Ishii doing their dance in the garden in the snow.
Hero - The fight in the courtyard. They stop fighting for a brief moment to ask the man to play one more song while they finish their fight.
Saving Private Ryan - The last scene of the movie at Arlington Cemetary. When Ryan falls to his knees, and asks his family if he's been a good man.

Some of my faves have already been said so I'm just gonna add.
LotR (FotR) - when Arwen is on Asfolath with Frodo and they are being chased by the Nazgul (scene known as the Flight to the Ford)
LotR (RotK) - When Faramir and his men are frantically riding for Minas Tirith for shelter whilst being chased by Orcs and the Nazgul, and Gandalf is running to meet and escort them and he raises his staff and it just boldly glimmers, and the accompanying music with that cherubic voice of Ben del Maestro...PERFECT.
Dead Poets Society- Knox on his bike escapes to see Tina, when he breezes through the school field, downhill and the birds fly amuck and there's a stunning view of the lake; the ending class room scene; I love the whole movie.
I'll post more later.

Yes, excellent one. I also like the part when Robin Williams gets Ethan Hawke to recite a poem, after he said he hadn't written one. I love the music in that movie, too. It's the same guy who did the music to Witness, another good movie.

Witness: Striker was the squadron leader. He brought us in real low, but he couldn't handle it.
Prosecuting Attorney: Buddy couldn't handle it? Was Buddy one of your crew?
Witness: Right, Buddy was the bombardier, but it was Striker who couldn't handle it. And he went to pieces.
Prosecuting Attorney: Andy went to pieces?
Witness: No, Andy was the navigator, he was all right. Buddy went to pieces. It was awful how he came unglued.
Prosecuting Attorney: Howie came unglued?
Witness: Oh no, Howie was a rock, the best tail-gunner in the outfit. Buddy came unglued.
Prosecuting Attorney: And he bailed out?
Witness: No, Andy hung tough! Buddy bailed out! How we survived, was a miracle.
Prosecuting Attorney: Then Howie survived?
Witness: No, 'fraid not. We lost Howie the next day.

About 99% of Jaws
The music, especially. On a related, and sad topic...
'JAWS' Theme Tuba Player Dead
POSTED: 2:02 p.m. EDT, October 26, 2006
LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Tommy Johnson, a tuba player whose ominous notes put teeth into the shark theme for the movie "Jaws," died October 16. He was 71.
The veteran studio musician died from complications of cancer and kidney failure at UCLA Medical Center, said his wife, Patricia.
Johnson played on thousands of movie scores over nearly 50 years, including "The Godfather," the "Star Trek" series and "Titanic." He also did television work, made recordings and worked with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Academy Awards Orchestra and other local musical groups.
He taught music in Los Angeles schools and tutored advanced tuba players at the University of Southern California and the University of California, Los Angeles.
