Let's start by saying this... don't flame the n00b. I may be a n00b to this forum, but have posted on other forums for quite a few years. I'm just looking to find some other place with people with common interests and all that fun jazz.

I come here looking for fun, serious, random, and/or well-thought-out conversations. I don't come here to flame, so please extend me the same courtesy. I don't post a lot (usually) unless I see some kind of conversation or thread topic that really tickles my fancy. (Yes, I just said "tickles my fancy")

Anyhow... I hope it will be a good experience for me, as well as the rest of you. Thanks, and hopefully my welcome is a warm one.

I guess I should have elaborated a little on that... I'm okay with taking some crap from people... it's expected. I, myself, am a cynical bastard at times, but by no means intend it to flame. Hopefully that kind of thing is permitted... (and of course within reason...)

as long as you're playing around with someone (and they're ok with you playing around with them), i'm ok with it.

trolls, on the other hand, are thrown out. if they try coming back, that's when i contact their work or i.s.p. or whatever they had listed on their email.
