In Blast from the Past. Christopher Walken is some scientist type genius guy in the 60's. He built a bomb shelter in his basement and then he thinks the US is being nuked by Russia and he takes his pregnant wife down there for 35 years. Their son, Brendan Frasier lived his whole life down there and then goes up after the 35 years. Some of it is pretty funny.
