nah, i'd rather pay a little more and know that he won't be put back out there.
also, a lot more people decide to do the crime knowing that the current laws won't do shit to them.

all i know is that if someone lays a finger on my niece or nephew i'll be going to jail for a crime of passion. no one has the right to fuck someone's else life up like that and continue living like if nothing happened.
...much less continue living.

it may cost a bit extra with all the court time, but once someone is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt (of course), a bullet should be lodged in that fucker's subhuman skull.

though the option of execution might discourage some of these sick fucks. i definitely think they should never see the light of day again. be that by execution or life w/o parole.

i think anyone who's found guilty of murder (based on hard evidence) should be sentenced to death. anything less than hard evidence should be confined to jail for life...and not just jail sitting around eating shit and working out, i'm talking about a jail where they are put to work.
oh yeah, and treating drugs as a health issue (not as a punishable crime) should help alleviate the costs of doing what i mentioned above.
but i guess that makes too much sense.

I so freaking agree with you on this.
Some individuals who where caught with residue(controled substance) where given 25yrs in prison. They were third affenders. But come on. Thats a quarter of someones life. And all for a habit. But their trying to do teh same thing with Bud. Wtf?(if your a dope phene)NOT POT)It's more like a disease than a crime. When your dealing with addicts. I mean are you really in your right mind when your sckitzed out?

all they're doing is manufacturing more criminals by sticking drug offenders in with the other real criminals.

i'm also open to having them castrated and sentenced for a minimum of 30+ years. the ones that rape and kill children should be executed immediately. no fucking around. :uhuh:
